  1. PREHEAT OVEN 200C GREASE 23 CM OVENPROOF DISH
  2. FILLING ROUGHLY MASH APPLES STIR IN SUGAR, LEMON AND BUTTER. SPREAD IN DISH.
  3. FOR TOPPING SIFT FLOUR IN MIXING BOWL ADD SALT AND SUGAR. RUB IN BUTTRT WITH FINGERTIPS
  4. SPRINKLETHE CRUMBLE OVER APPLE MIXUTRE
  5. BAKE ABOUT 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
